Israeli cybersecurity firm Check Point is acquiring Israeli startup company Veriti in a deal estimated at over $100 million in cash and stock, although the exact value was not disclosed. This marks Check Point’s 23rd acquisition overall and its 11th Israeli acquisition since 2018. Veriti, which employs more than 30 people, will have its team integrated into Check Point.
Founded in 2021 by CEO Adi Ikan and Chief Product Officer Oren Koren—both former Check Point employees—Veriti has developed a platform that connects directly to enterprise cybersecurity infrastructure. It identifies security gaps caused by miscommunication or misconfigurations and integrates with more than 70 cybersecurity vendors. The platform helps security teams detect, understand, and fix vulnerabilities without wasting critical time, averaging about 500 security patches per month for its clients.
With this acquisition, Check Point aims to enhance its platform by mapping external threats and automating vulnerability remediation. Veriti had previously raised $28 million from investors including Insight Partners, NFX, Forestay, AMITI, and Merlin Ventures.

“It’s been a privilege to support the company from day one. Seeing an idea turn into a product and then into a significant exit is why we get up in the morning,” said Shay Michel, managing partner at Merlin Ventures.
“The acquisition of Veriti marks a significant step toward realizing our hybrid mesh security vision,” said Nadav Zafrir, CEO at Check Point. “It strengthens the Infinity Platform’s open-garden approach, enabling seamless, multi-vendor remediation across the entire security stack. With Veriti, we’re advancing preemptive, prevention-first security—an imperative in today’s AI-driven threat landscape.”
“Security teams today suffer from a lack of action: exposures aren’t just detected, they’re compounding, hiding in the gaps between tools, teams, and timelines,” said Ikan. “We founded Veriti to help organizations not just see risk, but remediate it safely, at scale, and most importantly - without disruption. By joining Check Point, we’re accelerating that mission. Together, we’ll help organizations reduce their exposure faster through the security tools they already trust.”
